Grading and feedback

Download submissions

Download submissions as Word documents.

You can download submissions as Word documents (.docx), for example to archive them or send them to an external examiner.

Download

  • One pupil: choose Download submission in Submissions, or select Download submission while you grade.
  • Several pupils: tick the pupils in Submissions and choose Download submissions.
  • All pupils: select Download all submissions.

Choose content

In the Download submission window you choose:

  • Title of the document.
  • Content: Whole submission, or Text answers only. With Text answers only, each text task becomes its own document. On a writing test the options are called Answer and task and Answer only.
  • Include feedback: with points, model answers, comments and corrections. The whole submission also gets your grade and comment at the top. Without it, you get only the pupil's answers.

Select Download.

One file is downloaded as a Word document. Several files come together in a .zip file. You can download for up to 100 pupils at a time. If the test uses anonymous grading, the files get the pupil's code instead of the name.

PDFs and audio clips in the test are not included in the document. They are replaced with a short text.
