Find your way around Edulink Assessment
The list of your tests and the page for each test.
Administered tests
Administered tests shows the tests you administer, that is, tests you have created or been added to as a teacher. If you are a school administrator, or your school has given you access to every test, you see every test at the school.
Under Assigned tests you see tests others have given you, the same way pupils see them.
In the list you can:
- search for the name of a test
- filter by Status: Upcoming (has not opened yet), In progress (open now) or Completed (closed)
- filter by Published or Not published
- turn on Show archived to see tests you have archived
- switch between Card view and List view
The status only follows the time window. A test can therefore be In progress even if it is not published, but then pupils do not see it.
The test's page
Select a test to open it. At the top you find these buttons:
- Monitor: follow your pupils while the test is in progress. See Follow along during the test.
- Submissions: see and grade what pupils have submitted. See Grade submissions.
- Edit content: add and change tasks. See Add tasks. A writing test does not have this button. There you write the assignment in the Task section, see Create a writing test.
Below the buttons are these sections:

| Archive test and Delete test | Tidy away tests you are finished with. See Duplicate, archive and delete. |
